FAQ
Q. How will the interview be carried out?
A. For most store interviews, online interviews are the standard process. However, if the company requires, we may request a face-to-face interview
or additional interviews. For office positions, it will be a mixture of online and face-to-face interviews.
Q. How long does the interview take?
A. For most store positions, it will take approximately 30 minutes. However it may vary depending on which position you apply for.
Q. What should I prepare for an online interview?
A. Please check your cameras and microphone before the scheduled interview time.
If you're joining from a tablet or a mobile device, you may need to download an app to enter.
Q. I recieved the online interview link. Now what?
A. For most store interviews, we have a feature called "Teams Lobby", which means you will be let in at the scheduled time.
If you try to log in before the interview time, you will see a message that says "waiting" on your screen.
This is normal, and please wait until your scheduled time for your interview to begin!
Q. How long does it usually take to find out about the results?
A. For most store positions, it takes approximately one week after the interview.
For many office positions, it may take longer due to a higher volume of applicants and the talent acquisition team will get in touch as soon as possible.
Q. I did not make it when I applied for a position at Prada Korea. Can I re-apply?
A. Yes, and you can apply for the same position again as well. There will be no penalties for reapplication.
Q. Are there any documents I should prepare?
A. There are no documents for you to prepare unless you're requested to.
However, if you have a portfolio or any form of introduction you want to add, you're welcome to!
Please make sure to share that you have additional documents to share when you're contacted to schedule an interview.
Q. What's good about being included in the Talent Pool?
A. When we have you registered in our talent pool, we can refer back to your application and get back to you when an appropriate opening comes up.

Q. Can foreign nationals be eligible for open positions?
A. Yes! All you need is a visa that makes you eligiblle to work in Korea, and it is preferred you speak good Korean.
Please make sure to type your visa type on your resume.
Q. What's the dress code for the interviews?
A. Business casual is fine.
Q. What kind of questions will be asked to me in the interview?
A. You will be asked questions regarding culture fit, competencies, and performance. The questions will be based on the details you provided, so please be sure to
familiarize yourself with your resume and cover letter. If you have prior work experience, it would be desirable if you could demonstrate how you will apply your
previous learnings at Prada/Miu Miu. Additionally, for store positions, we are looking for employees who can convey the brand's value and story to customers,

Q. (Store) How will I know for which store I will be working in?
A. All application for stores collects information regarding your preferred work locations. You will have a chance to discuss this during the interview process.
