Job Summary/Purposes ​

  • Support ​in ​data analysis ​for qualitative clienteling insight.
  • Contribute ​to ​preparing Clienteling ​toolkits for store ​team and ​help ​to monitor ​various ​client-related ​initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing ​Client ​Experience following the ​brand’s ​standards ​aiming for unique ​and excellent ​Miu ​Miu Experience.


Responsibilities        ​

CRM Analysis ​& ​Reporting (CRM 데이터 ​분석 & ​리포팅)

  • Support weekly and monthly CRM KPI tracking.

(주간 & 월간 CRM KPI 리포트 작성)

  • Assist in creating dashboards and performance summaries for Retail teams.

(리테일팀을 위한 대시보드 및 CRM 퍼포먼스 현황 업데이트)

  • Contribute to campaign analysis (open rates, conversion rates, etc.) and highlight key insights.

(캠페인 분석 (오픈율, 전환율 등) 과 관련 인사이트 도출)


Clienteling Support (Clienteling 업무 지원)

  • Help organize personalized CRM campaigns (targeting, content, deployment).

(부티크 맞춤형 CRM 캠페인 (타겟설정, 컨텐츠, 배포) 구성 지원)

  • Assist in preparing Clienteling toolkits for store teams.

(부티크팀을 위한 클라이엔텔링 툴킷 준비 지원)

  • Support the CRM Manager in monitoring and coordinating other initiatives such as Retail Events, Gifting, In-Store animations, etc.

(리테일 이벤트, 기프트관리, 매장 내 애니메이션 등 고객 관련 프로젝트 모니터링 및 실행과정에서 CRM 매니저 서포트)

  • Consolidate boutique feedback and contribute to sharing best practices across the network.

(부티크 피드백 취합 & 베스트 프랙티스 선정하여 배포)


Client Experiences & Loyalty / Client Experience & Loyalty

  • Assist in the implementation of client experiences.

(Client Experience 실행 지원)

  • Help identify the right client targeting.

(타겟 고객 설정 서포트)

  • Support with suppliers, gifting management and logistics.

(공급업체, 기프트관리 및 다양한 물류 지원)

  • Help manage invoice follow-up and supplier coordination.

(견적서, 계산서 발행 등 공급업체와의 업무 팔로업)


Administrative Support (어드민 업무 지원)

  • Assist the CRM Manager in creating supplier profiles in internal tools.

(필요시 내부 공유를 위해 공급업체 프로필 생성 지원)

  • Support purchase order creation and budget tracking.

(PO 상신 담당 & 예산 모니터링 지원)

  • Assist in handling loyalty-related orders (gifts, handwritten cards, CRM stationery).

(고객 loyalty 기프팅 관련 주문 및 재고 관리 지원)

  • Coordinate internal validations and liaise with Finance and Procurement teams.

(내부 승인 절차 모니터링 & 회계팀과 협업)


Qualification

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) / Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Smart and proactive with ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and provide tangible support from day one.
