JOB PURPOSE

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment activities across both corporate and retail functions in Korea. This role plays a key part in attracting and securing top talent for strategic positions while driving alignment with global employer branding initiatives. A strong focus on hands-on sourcing, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder partnership is essential to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes that support overall business objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment services across Corporate and Store functions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires for all key positions.
  • Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates, managing the process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Retail, and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and lead the 90-day onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration and strong employee experience.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies in close collaboration with global teams, ensuring alignment with the Group’s identity and local talent landscape.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning discussions with HRBPs and cross-functional leaders to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Analyze talent market trends and store/corporate KPIs to inform recruitment priorities and pipeline development.
  • Champion the use of data in recruitment, managing dashboards and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) and reporting regularly to HQ and local leadership.

 

  • Review compensation packages in partnership with HRBPs and C&B to ensure market competitiveness and candidate conversion.
  • Optimize recruitment budgets by selecting and managing local job boards, agencies, and referral programs.
  • Organize and represent the brand in job fairs, recruitment days, and other external events to attract high-potential candidates.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of ATS and global recruiting tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coach and influence hiring managers across functions to enhance interview capability, candidate experience, and hiring decisions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house), with proven success in both corporate and high-volume retail hiring.
  • Solid understanding of the luxury retail industry; prior experience with global luxury brands strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hands-on sourcing, strategic hiring, and employer branding.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust and drive alignment across functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with global ATS platforms.
  • Strategic, analytical, and proactive mindset with a high level of autonomy.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Korean.
