JOB PURPOSE       ​

The ​Retail ​Merchandising Assistant, ​Men is responsible for ​supporting ​mainly the ​Retail Merchandiser Prada ​Men LTG ​and ​GMM Prada ​Men ​throughout ​the tasks, ensuring ​optimal ​product assortment and ​timely ​replenishment ​to maximize sales ​opportunities for ​the ​men’s category. ​

This role ​also ​supports system flows ​and coordinates ​with relevant departments to ensure seamless business operations and effective operation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Update and provide quantitative information on monthly sales targets, stock delivery situation

and new merchandise delivery situation to all shops.

· Assist in preparing, checking, approving refills, and special merchandise transfer for all shop locations.

· Prepare stock requisition to ensure timely delivery of merchandise for all shop locations.

· Assist in buying and selection of merchandise for designated product lines.

· Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the shops are properly and sufficiently

merchandised.

· Assist in preparing product training material and conduct product training if needed.

· Compile ad hoc report and perform analysis as needed.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying support, or inventory management within the fashion or luxury industry.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and store personnel.
  • Fashion-forward mindset with a passion for men’s fashion and luxury retail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Good command of the English and local language (Korean)
