JOB PURPOSE


The incumbent is responsible to carry out clerical and coordination activities for repairing works at Korea Repair Lab.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Analyze the cost and quantities of outsourcing works.
  • Manage accessory repairs and communicate with the external workshop.
  • Unpack incoming products and inspect products based on packing list.
  • Update repairing information of the products and monitor logistics with internal system.
  • Inspect repairs and Assign a technician for repairs
  • Scanning RFID of received production.
  • Support packaging works for ship-out.
  • Support destruction procedure.
  • Support ordering spare parts to HQ

 


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS


University graduate is preferred

1 to 3 years relevant experience. 

Experience in repairing service will be a definite advantage

Good communicator, detailed minded, proactive and independent

Good command of spoken and written English

Proficiency in MS office
