JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent is responsible to carry out clerical and coordination activities for repairing works at Korea Repair Lab.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the cost and quantities of outsourcing works.
- Manage accessory repairs and communicate with the external workshop.
- Unpack incoming products and inspect products based on packing list.
- Update repairing information of the products and monitor logistics with internal system.
- Inspect repairs and Assign a technician for repairs
- Scanning RFID of received production.
- Support packaging works for ship-out.
- Support destruction procedure.
- Support ordering spare parts to HQ
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
University graduate is preferred
1 to 3 years relevant experience.
Experience in repairing service will be a definite advantage
Good communicator, detailed minded, proactive and independent
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS office
