JOB PURPOSE
To support the business, HR and C&B function by executing Compensation & Benefits administration and ensuring accurate HR data management through HR systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Digital Transformation
• Own and maintain employee data in Global ERP (new hires, transfers, terminations) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage Time & Attendance system including data integrity and issue resolution
• Maintain Employee Master Data and perform regular data validation checks
• Ensure HR data consistency across systems and support data governance
• Support HR system-related process improvements and data standardization initiatives
2. Reward&Labor Cost
• Execute and administer employee benefit programs (enrollment, changes, termination)
• Manage benefit-related costs, invoices, and payments
• Maintain benefit records and ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Act as the first point of contact for benefit-related employee inquiries
• Support monthly payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely data submission (attendance,
HRIS changes, benefit deductions, etc.)
• Support retirement pension plan administration (data preparation, documentation)
3. HR Organization Administration
• Maintain and update organizational charts reflecting current structure
• Support organizational data management and documentation
• Provide accurate employee and organizational data for reporting and decision-making
4. Governance & Compliance
• Issue employment-related documents (certificates, confirmations, etc.)
• Prepare documentation for employment changes (salary, position, contract updates)
• Support labor-related activities including Labor Management Committee operations
• Assist in government reporting and compliance documentation
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
University Degree
1-3 years of working experiences in HR (MNC preferred)
High level of Flexibility, Proactive & Positive attitude
Analytical Thinking
Growth mind-set, Digital mind-set, Strong willing to learn
Effective communication skills in Korean & English
Technical savvy (MS-Office, SAP & etc.)
