JOB PURPOSE   

Third Parties E-store Specialist is responsible to support the continuous development of third party channels in order to bring the business performance at full potential.

Third Parties E-store specialist will play an active role in the overall optimization of each channel's performance regarding e‐commerce platforms optimization and evolution, e‐merchandising and visual display improvement (in coordination with HQ E‐merchandising and local teams), definition of business insights based on the analysis of main KPIs to increase sales and provide best‐in‐class customer experience. Third Parties E-store specialist will also play a role in developing and executing the business strategy for third-party players in line with the brand’s business objectives as well as

the partner’s goals. Third Parties E-store specialist will execute visual merchandising from channels, supporting the brand communication strategy and ensuring a consistent product experience across all channels.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the management of third party channels, ensuring the implementation of the WW digital strategy as well as local and partner business needs
  • Collaborate with partners to execute regular optimizations and collaborate on strategies and tactics to accomplish company and team goals
  • Manage & execute listing optimization, content, creative and inventory
  • Support direct-to-consumer sales efforts where required
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Analyze sales trends, preparing sales and stock plans to support business goals. Liaise with HQ and local merchandising teams, sharing quantitative and qualitative feedback on the channel(s) in order to ensure partner peculiarities are considered.
  • Work with the stakeholders in order to establish correct order processes and product enrichment to be shared with each partner, following brand standards as well as partner needs
  • Collaborate in the definition of third parties’ commercial calendars, ensuring the brand is correctly represented through the key seasonal moments
  • Monitor product strategy and deliveries, visual guidelines, and assets
  • Monitor competitor brands and digital channels, identifying improvements and/or new business opportunities


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the eCommerce merchandising space, ideally in luxury or fashion industry
  • Problem solving attitude and ability to drive process improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with visualization tools, such as PowerBI
  • Strong team player, adaptable and flexible to changes
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, responsible, creative and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Proficiency in English preferred and Fluent in Korean is a MUST
