JOB PURPOSE
안전관리자는 전사 안전보건 프로그램의 구축·운영·점검을 지원하며, 관련 법규 및 회사 기준에 따라 안전관리 활동을 수행합니다. 본 포지션은 실질적인 안전관리 운영, 수급업체 관리, 사고 예방, 현장 안전점검 및 문서관리 등 전반적인 안전관리 실무를 담당하며, 본사·매장·물류 등 다양한 사업장의 안전수준 향상에 기여합니다.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 안전보건 프로그램 운영 및 지원
- 안전보건 규정·절차 운영 및 업데이트 지원
- 정기 현장 안전점검 수행 및 개선사항 보고
- 내부·외부 안전보건 감사 대응 및 후속 조치 관리
2. 수급업체(협력업체) 안전관리
- 산업안전보건법 기준에 따른 수급업체 안전관리 요구사항 점검
- 현장 안전평가 및 시정조치 지원
- 공사·리모델링 등 프로젝트 안전계획 수립 시 협업
3. 위험성평가 및 유해·위험 요인 관리
- 위험성평가 수행 및 개선대책 수립·이행 지원
4. 비상대응체계 운영 지원
- 비상대응 계획(ERP)에 따른 유지관리
- 구성원 대상 비상대응 교육·훈련 지원.
5. 법규 준수 및 문서관리
- 법정 문서·기록 유지 및 관리
- 안전보건 운영 결과보고서 작성
6. 안전보건 교육 운영
- 임직원 및 수급업체 대상 안전보건 교육 운영 지원
7. 대관업무 지원
- 노동부 등 관계기관 점검 대응
- 요청자료 제출 및 후속 조치 관리
8. 중대재해처벌법 대응 업무
- 관계법령 이행활동 지원
- 중대재해 관련 기록관리 및 보고 체계 운영 지원
자격 요건
필수 요건 (산업안전보건법상 안전관리자 선임요건 충족자)
산업안전보건법 기준 안전관리자 선임요건 중 하나 이상 자격에 해당하는자
- 산업안전지도사
- 산업안전산업기사 이상
- 산업안전 관련 학위 취득
