JOB PURPOSE

The Retail Events Manager, Miu Miu, ensures the correct production of all in-store and external retailtainment and retail events.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be directly responsible for all the aspects connected to the conception and realization of retail events cooperate with the all involved company functions interpreting creative briefs as well as maximize the sales.
  • To be responsible of the aspects related to the realization of events by searching locations, defining timings, sets, budgets; is responsible of the supervision of the service activities such as catering, security, casting, fittings, logistics, mailing lists.
  • Manage dedicated budget, plans activities, timing and realization costs.
  • Find new vendors and suppliers for the implementation of events conducting negotiations within the assigned budget.
  • Check competitors’ activities in the areas of responsibility.
  • Collect and analyse local needs.
  • Produce a qualitative and quantitative reporting on organized events.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree and above.
  • Similar 10-year experience in this role, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industry.
  • Relational, managerial and organizational skills.
  • Interest and attitude towards fashion and luxury products.
  • Knowledge of Office applications, in particular Excel, Power Point.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Korean.
