RESPONSIBILITIES


1. E-Commerce Order Fulfillment & Shipment Operations

  • Support the full e-commerce order fulfillment process (order receipt → picking → packing → shipment)
  • Process orders in accordance with brand-specific gift box and set configuration guidelines
  • Manage shipment schedules and support the reduction of delivery errors and customer claims
  • Monitor daily order status and respond to operational issues


2. Packaging Operations & Packaging Material Inventory Management

  • Manage and operate overall inventory of e-commerce packaging materials, including boxes, shopping bags, cushioning materials, and inserts
  • Manage usage and monitor consumption rates of packaging materials in accordance with gift packaging guidelines
  •  Establish and maintain a safety stock level equivalent to 1.5 months of demand for gift packaging materials to ensure stable operations
  • Monitor current on-hand packaging inventory, as well as in-transit packaging quantities, to maintain real-time visibility of inventory status
  • Forecast demand and plan packaging material usage by analyzing recent order volumes, seasonal demand, and sales trends
  • Proactively adjust inventory levels and procurement plans in preparation for demand spikes during promotions, holidays, and special events
  • Manage inbound and outbound movements of packaging materials and proactively identify potential inventory shortages
  • Analyze inventory turnover and consumption velocity to detect shortage risks at an early stage
  • Manage replenishment timing and order quantities to prevent inventory shortages or excess stock

 

3. Inventory Control & Stock Operations

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for products and packaging materials
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and analyze discrepancies
  • Identify and share inventory issues such as shortages, overstock, loss, or damaged goods
  • Beauty Product Expiration Date Management
  • Manage and classify beauty product inventory based on expiration dates
  • Monitor near-expiry and expired inventory
  • Support outbound control based on FIFO/FEFO principles
  • Share expiration-related issues internally and support operational improvement


4. Returns & Quality Control Operations

  • Support e-commerce return operations
  • Inspect and classify returned products, including:
  • Authenticity verification
  • Product condition checks


5. Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Follow standardized e-commerce and logistics operational procedures
  • Support monitoring of operational metrics such as shipment accuracy, lead time, and return rate
  • Identify recurring operational issues and risks, and suggest improvement initiatives


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

2+ years of experience in e-commerce or logistics operations

Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, and return operations

Experience using SAP or inventory management systems

Understanding of beauty or consumer goods operations

Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility


Experience in beauty or cosmetic e-commerce operations preferred

Experience managing packaging or ancillary material inventory preferred

Experience handling products with expiration dates preferred

Experience working in multi-SKU, multi-brand environments preferred

Experience supporting data-driven operational management or reporting preferred
