Job Summary/Purposes           


We are seeking for an experienced candidate with a strong passion for the entertainment industry, a keen understanding of celebrity branding, exceptional communication with negotiation skills. This position will be responsible for nurturing and fostering strong relationships with industry contacts, securing lucrative opportunities for endorsements, sponsorships, and media appearances for key uprising talents.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned celebrities of the brand, providing guidance and promote the brands with new opportunities that can be made through this partnership.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for celebrities with the brand, identifying opportunities for growth and advancement within the entertainment industry proposing collaborative proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies, brands, and other industry stakeholders to secure lucrative endorsement deals, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
  • Work closely and support communication manager to generate positive publicity and media coverage for celebrities with special brand contents shoot, red carpet dressing, drama placement, press premiere and airport paparazzi. 
  • Increase brand’s EMV of the selected celebrities for events or paid seeding, always look for new uprising talents to come that has the right image of the brand.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with HQ celebrity department and ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, including talent agents, stylists, casting directors, producers, etc.
  • Provide ongoing support, research on upcoming, rising talents or influencers, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise and select the right talents the brand.

  


Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

8 years’ experience in PR and celebrity marketing

Knowledge and experience in entertainment industry, especially with upcoming talents in the local market. 

Strong communications in English and Korean

Excellent Excel and Power Point skills

Positive, detail-oriented mindset and organization skills
