JOB PURPOSE

The ​Retail ​Merchandiser ​is responsible ​for supporting mainly the ​Retail ​Merchandising Manager, ​Miu Miu RTW ​& Shoes ​DS&DF ​throughout the ​tasks, ​ensuring ​optimal product assortment ​and ​timely replenishment to ​maximize ​sales ​opportunities for the ​RTW & ​Shoes ​category.

This role ​also supports ​system ​flows and coordinates ​with relevant ​departments to ensure seamless business operations and effective operation.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In-Season Performance Management: Monitor sales and sell-thru to identify opportunities for reorders. Communicate closely with HQ Merchandising to ensure targets are met. Coordinate merchandise replenishment across all stores and provide regular updates on sales targets, stock delivery, and new arrivals. Prepare reports and assist with inventory management, stock requests, and merchandise transfers.
  • Market Intelligence: Consolidate competitor trend information for HQ and provide ongoing product feedback and development suggestions.
  • New Store Openings: Coordinate initial store assortments with HQ, ensure timely delivery for openings, provide on-site support for new stores and pop-ups, and track post-opening performance to make necessary adjustments to product mix and stock levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop seasonal product training materials and support local training efforts to enhance store staff knowledge.
  • Visual Merchandising Collaboration: Work closely with the VM team to ensure product displays meet brand image and commercial standards.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Skilled in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
  • A high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and store personnel.
  • Ability to work in a fast–paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Professional-level English and must be fluent in Korean.
